Payment

Online payments are handled by PayPal. Even if you don't have (or want) a PayPal account you can pay securely with most popular types of cards at checkout. We will also accept cheques (checks) or bankers drafts in £GBP. If you pay by cheque or bankers draft, your item(s) will be sent once funds have cleared. More details are shown at checkout.

Returns

In the unlikely event of the item not being as listed and you wish to return it please email us and we will reach agreement. Returns should be requested within seven days of receipt of item. (There has been one in nearly a decade of trading!)

Availability

We make our best efforts to ensure items listed are available. However we also sell at various fairs across the UK and it could be that an item listed is sold at a fair and not removed from this site for 24 hours. If this happens we will contact you to offer a full refund and our apologies.

Postage

The shopping cart will show you the postage options available for your order.

Orders that exceed £50 will be sent by registered mail automatically to cover insurance for loss (which can happen) and for deliveries to certain countries where theft of mail is, unfortunately, common. China, Russian Federation, Malaysia and most of South America fall in to this category at present. Royal Mail have been fairly aggressive with price increases recently.
